Gao Yong, Party Secretary Of China Textile Union, Meets With Pakistan Prime Minister'S Advisor.

In April 27th, Gao Yong, chairman of the China Textile Industry Federation Party committee and chairman of the China textile international capacity cooperation enterprise union, met in Beijing with Mr. Abdel Abdul Razzak Dawood, the premier of Pakistan's premier business, textile, industrial production and Investment Association, who participated in the second "one belt and one Road" Summit Forum.

Vice president of China Textile Association, Yang Zhaohua, President of China Household Textiles Association, Yuan Hongping, Deputy Secretary General of China Textile Association, Secretary General Lin Yunfeng of textile international productive capacity cooperation enterprise union, Huang Weiguo, chairman of Shanghai Jialin joint-stock company, Ma Tao, chairman of Beijing cotton field group, Sun Jingying, general manager of weqiao import and export company, etc. Chinese entrepreneurs and Mr. Yuan Hongping, former chairman of the International Textile Federation, and visiting textile entrepreneurs of Jiangsu Province attended the meeting.

During the meeting, President Gao Yong pointed out that with the deepening of internationalization of China's textile and garment industry, Pakistan, with various resource endowments and policy advantages, is increasingly concerned by Chinese textile enterprises.

We believe that with the support of the two governments and the joint efforts of the trade associations and enterprises of the two countries, under the background of the steady progress in the all-weather partnership between the two countries and the important progress in the construction of China Brazil economic corridor, more and more Chinese textile and garment enterprises will invest in Pakistan under the strong impetus of the "one belt and one road" initiative.

Abdul Razak Daoud (Abdul Razzak Dawood) pointed out that Pakistan has unique advantages in terms of labor costs, attracting investment policies, FTA and economic development zones in the European Union. In recent years, with the attention and efforts of the Pakistan government, the security situation has been continuously improved, the energy supply capacity has also been significantly improved, and the way of RMB settlement has also started to implement.

The new free trade agreement signed by China and Pakistan during the current "one belt and one way" International Cooperation Forum will play a very important role in promoting cooperation between China and Pakistan in textile industry and attracting Chinese textile and garment enterprises to invest in Pakistan.

Huang Weiguo, chairman of Shanghai Jialin Jie stock company, introduced the experience of joint venture between Jialin Jie company and Pakistan Masood company and the plan for further investment in Pakistan.

After the meeting, entrepreneurs from the textile and garment industry of the two countries had a heated exchange.
