In the 1-9 month of this year, the garment enterprises above Designated Size achieved 134 million yuan in industrial output value, 53 million yuan, 3 million yuan in profits, and 4 million 930 thousand enterprises in the above designated size enterprises, an increase of 11.9% over the same period last year.

The main types of enterprises are group purchase order processing, commodity marketing and foreign trade export. The main clothing products are: professional wear, national costume, suit, shirt, casual wear, underwear, sweater and so on. These data have developed compared with the past history of Xinjiang, but they are very few in the same industry in the whole country.

In particular, compared with the new situation of the rapid development of the garment industry in the central and western regions, Xinjiang's clothing industry is currently facing the bottleneck of lack of industrial clusters, shortage of skilled personnel and skilled labor resources, lack of local independent brand advantages, and the existence of tax policies restricting the development of enterprises.

Wang Yongming said that the people's Government of the autonomous region has issued the notice on accelerating the development of the textile industry in the autonomous region, giving tax support and support to Xinjiang's textile enterprises (including clothing) and other supporting policies, and establishing a garment industrial park.

At the same time, Xinjiang garment industry also has many advantages such as industrial pfer, raw materials, geographers, humanities, labor and so on. At the same time, it also has the foundation of industry and brand. Some enterprises in Xinjiang already have a certain reputation and have branded in the Central Asian market.

During the "12th Five-Year" period, Xinjiang will train a large number of leading enterprises in scale, make excellent and strong textile and garment industry, cultivate 3-5 leading enterprises with 1 billion yuan output value, and 1 leading enterprises with output value of 3 billion yuan.

Clothing enterprises should take the leading enterprises as the leading factor and take the industrial chain as the foundation. The raw materials and product sales enterprises, semi-finished products processing enterprises, and a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises are their supporting collaborative division and cooperation system, thus forming a strong competitive industrial cluster.

Xinjiang garment enterprises should identify the advantages and the scientific orientation of products, support and develop relevant supporting enterprises in a targeted way, and form a good industrial cluster so that Xinjiang can form an international garment processing area faster.

In recent years, Xinjiang's clothing exports to the Central Asian market have been rising year after year, accounting for 44.5% of the total value of Xinjiang port export in the whole year, and it is the main force to promote the rapid growth of Xinjiang port export.

Undoubtedly, clothing has become the first bulk product of Xinjiang's exports, but in the export garments, the mainland produces most of Xinjiang's exports, and Xinjiang's products are less than 10%.

With the adjustment of the national industrial structure and the pformation of Xinjiang's economic growth mode, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry is facing new opportunities for development.

We must vigorously implement the "going global" strategy.

We should foster export oriented industries and export oriented enterprises, speed up the construction of export processing bases such as textiles and garments, and develop export-oriented industries for Central Asia, Western Asia and South Asia.
