1. The premise for enterprises to use foreign personnel is that foreign personnel invest in Beijing and clearly stipulate that this position is held by foreign personnel in the joint venture and cooperation agreement.

For example, in the joint venture contract, it is stated that sales are mainly foreign and small domestic sales, so that the sales manager of this company can employ foreign personnel with corresponding qualifications and qualifications.

Another example: the expatriate employed by the company is a highly educated university in the world, such as Harvard and Oxford, which is hard to find in China and has rich experience. These people are all needed in our country.

We very much welcome them to come to China to work and invest in Beijing.

Two. If the foreign personnel recruited by the enterprise do not have the above requirements, and if there are vacancies in the enterprises, the Chinese people should be recruited first. If they can not be recruited, they can use foreign personnel. The labor department will examine and approve the employment according to the social employment situation this year, and the People's Republic of China employment permit certificate for foreigners will be issued.

Enterprises can enter into labor contracts with foreigners when they get the employment permit for foreigners, and employ foreign nationals. Enterprises can obtain a work visa ("Z" visa) from overseas embassies and consulates in China with the license and invitation letter. Note: the domestic limited liability company should employ the original and photocopy of the unit social insurance registration certificate when hiring foreign personnel.
