Opening Of Basic Deposit Account

The following depositors may apply for the opening of a basic deposit account: a company with a basic deposit, a company legal person, an enterprise legal person, two, a separate accounting unit within an enterprise legal person, a financial department of an enterprise legal person, a financial department that manages the budgetary funds and extra budgetary funds, four, an administrative organ or a public institution that implements budget management, five, a county or more armed police unit, a six, a foreign institution in China, a seven, a social organization, eight halls, a dining hall, a hostel, a kindergarten, a nine permanent establishment, a local permanent enterprise, a private enterprise, an individual economic household, a contractor and an individual.

One of the following documents is issued to the Bank of deposit: the original certificate of the enterprise legal person license or the business license issued by the local industrial and commercial administration; two, the central or local commission, personnel, civil affairs and other departments; three, the certificate of opening accounts of the financial department of the armed forces and the Armed Police Corps; four, the unit's certificate of the opening of the agreement to the subsidiary body; five, the approval of the permanent authority of the authorized authority, the six contract signed by the contracting parties, the seven contract, the personal identity card and the household register. The depositor applies for opening a basic deposit account.

A depositor who applies for opening a basic deposit account shall fill in an application for opening an account. The certificate mentioned above shall be sent to the seal card with the seal of the depositor, which is approved by the bank and shall be opened with the opening permit issued by the local branch of the people's Bank of China.

If a depositor who meets third, fourth, fifth requirements and has opened a basic deposit account in a bank, he may open another basic deposit account in accordance with the nature of his funds and the need for management.

The depositors shall not pfer the basic deposit account due to the strict enforcement of the system and the enforcement of discipline by the bank.

If the depositor pfers the basic deposit account for the reasons mentioned above, the people's Bank of China shall not issue an opening permit to the depositor.
