Model Of Domestic Tour Group Contract (Trial) (2)

The cost of item 5 and other fourth non listed items.

The Sixth Party [departure time and place] Party A shall start on time (place) on time.

If Party A fails to assemble at the agreed place on time and fails to join the tour group halfway, it shall be regarded as the termination of the contract by Party A. Party B may claim compensation in accordance with the provisions of the eighth contract of this contract.

There are seventh articles in this group.

If the number is not reached, Party B may notify Party A and terminate the contract on the day before the agreed date of departure (not less than 5 days).

After Party B terminates the contract, Party B shall deal with one of the following ways: 1, refund of all the expenses already paid by Party A. Party B shall not be liable for breach of contract by Party A.

2, enter into another travel contract, if the cost is increased or reduced, Party B shall return it or supplement it by Party A.

If Party B fails to give notice to Party A at the appointed time, Party A shall compensate Party A in accordance with the ninth contract of this contract.

The telephone or fax provided by Party A shall be used regularly or in time. Otherwise, Party B will need to notify the party in this article and other terms, but it will not be notified to Party A, and will not be liable for the liability arising therefrom.

Eighth Party [Party A's withdrawal] Party A can notify Party B to terminate this contract prior to the start of the tour activities, but must bear the necessary expenses for Party B's travel expenses, and pay the penalty according to the following standards: 1, before the fifth days prior to the start of the tour, all the travel expenses will be paid 10% of the balance after the expenses necessary for the expenses of Party B have been deducted.

2, fifth to third days before the start of the tour, the total amount of travel expenses will be 20% of the total cost of the tour.

3, third to first days before the start of the tour, the total amount of travel expenses will be 30% of the total cost of the tour.

4, 1 days before the start of the tour, the total amount of travel expenses will be 50% of the total cost after the necessary expenses of Party B have been deducted.

5, after the beginning or beginning of the day, the total amount of travel expenses is 100% of the total cost of the travel expenses.

Ninth items [Party B's cancellation] except for the seventh contract stipulated in this contract, if Party A's travel activities can not be cancelled due to the reason of Party B, Party B shall immediately notify Party A, and pay the penalty for breach of the following standards: 1, seventh of the total travel expenses before the tour begins fifth days prior to the start of the tour.

2, fifth to third days before the start of the tour, 20% of the total travel expenses will be paid.

3, third to first days before the start of the tour, 30% of the total travel expenses will be paid.

4, and 1 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the total travel expenses will be paid.

5, 100% of the total travel expenses will be paid after the start of the tour.

Tenth party [contract pfer] by Party B's consent, Party A can pfer its rights and obligations in this travel contract to third people who have participated in this travel condition, but should inform Party B on the day before the agreed date of departure.

If the cost is increased, Party A will bear the burden.
