1, the two main criteria of good and bad carbon powder are blackening and resolution.

Users always hope that the toner's blackness is good and the resolution is high.

But blackening and resolution are contradictory.

That is to say, the resolution is low when the blackness is good; otherwise, the resolution will be high and the blackness will decrease.

Long autumn toner meets your requirement of clear print, and gives you excellent blackness. It performs well in terms of blackness and resolution.

2, the inferior quality carbon powder is mainly manifested as uneven particle size, low blackness, low resolution, poor swelling when shaking, and easy to produce agglomeration by the influence of external temperature or humidity.

The use of the process will damage the cartridge parts, thereby affecting the printing quality.

Therefore, it is recommended that you use quality guaranteed brand toner.

Two, detect selenium drum

Since the old drum condition is very different, it must be tested before powdered.

In order to fully understand the quality of each component.

Mainly from two aspects.

1. Please print the test page with the old drum. If there are regular black spots or broken lines, then there will be problems with the components of the cartridge drum.

After removing the cartridge, identify defective parts and replace them.

2. Turn the upper gear of the magnetic roller to see if the suction powder is uniform and whether it is scratched.

If the powder is uneven or the circle line appears, it is indicated that the magnetic roller or inner scraper is damaged.

Three, open the old drum.

Please prepare sharp nose pliers, screwdrivers and other tools before dismantling.

The first step is to divide the old drum into two. We can see that there is a small stainless steel pin on each side of the drum.

Because the pins are all embedded in the shell, there is no way to pull them out from the outside.

But this seriously affects the appearance of the shell.

At this time, you can use one of the simplest methods: gently tap the pin into the outer part until it falls off, and then divide the drum into two parts. First, you can carefully pull out the locating pin at the two ends of the sensitive drum, remove the photosensitive drum, and pry the pin out of the inside and outside, and pull it out with the pliers.
