China Women'S Shoes City "West Shoes East Move" Plan Forward

Yesterday afternoon, Giuseppe Benado, President of the Italy Association of shoes and footwear masters and other 5 people appeared in Chengdu's "Chinese women's shoes city", and made an inspection and investigation on the upcoming 2008 International Procurement festival of women's shoes city of China.

As the first foreign investment Association to come to Sichuan in the 2008 International Sourcing festival of China's women's shoes capital, they brought 2 million euro orders and a plan to build factories with local enterprises in Chengdu.

According to Peng Jun, general director of the international sourcing section of the women's shoes capital of China, Italy is not only the first foreign trade association to invest in this procurement Festival, but also the first shoe maker in Sichuan after the earthquake.

The cooperation began in October last year. In addition to the 2 million euro Commission, it also included a plan to build a high-tech shoe factory with a joint venture. If the shoe factory is built, it will become the first shoe factory in China to make full use of computer 3D technology.

This cooperation will be an important part of the plan of "west shoes moving eastward" of the Chinese women's shoes city.
