Wu Weijun, Secretary General of the municipal consumer protection committee, told reporters that according to preliminary statistics, the most concentrated items of consumer complaints over the past 20 years were clothing, shoes, hats, food and mobile phones.

According to Wu Weijun, the municipal consumer protection committee will hold 20th anniversary commemorative activities of consumer rights protection on the 26 th of this month, and elect the top ten advanced individuals, advanced collectives and top ten excellent enterprises in Quzhou's consumer rights protection for 20 years.
