Can Soft Power Determine The Future Of China'S Garment Industry?

Soft Power Of China'S Garment Industry

Recently, the Qipai Chinese collar Cup Fashion China Invitational invitational tournament, sponsored by Qipai group and China Fashion Designers Association, was held in D.PARK fashion design Plaza, Beijing.

Banner enterprises' sponsorship, top domestic fashion designers, colorful "China original" costumes, heavyweight guest judges...

The costumes, which represent the highest level of Chinese clothing, seem to herald a new height of "original Chinese" costumes.

China's clothing industry is puzzled that the export tax rebate rate of textiles and clothing in China has been restored from 11% to 13% in July. At that time, it was less than two years since the September 15, 2006 textile export tax rebate rate dropped from 13% to 11%.

The "rebound push" behind the export tax rebate rate reflects the frustration of the development of China's garment industry: Although China's clothing industry is no longer a low-level factory that only OEM processing, but without the killer of price, the world strategy of Chinese garment enterprises still appears to be hobbled.

The 30 years of reform and opening up are the 30 years of China's garment industry from weak to strong.

However, a large garment nation that relies more on quantity and price advantage is a big garment country lacking the original characteristics of the nation.

Perhaps the adjustment of policies can provide stronger competitive power for Chinese garment enterprises in the short term, but it can not fundamentally solve the puzzle of the industry: when will the door of the powerful clothing industry be opened to Chinese garment enterprises?

Soft power, the key to opening up a powerful country of clothing, can not be called a real big country without a large cultural output. A country lacking original costume can not become a real powerful country in clothing.

If China wants to become a real garment power, it must get rid of the misunderstanding of the West and go out of the road of "original Chinese" with its own characteristics.

The signing ceremony of "Qipai intangible cultural heritage research and protection fund" was officially held at the scene of "Qipai Chinese collar Cup Fashion China Invitational design invitational tournament", jointly sponsored by Fujian Qipai Group Co., Ltd. and Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University.

The Qipai group will invest 5 million yuan in the first phase for the operation of the fund.

As the first Chinese funded and intangible cultural heritage research and protection fund, can the fund become the key to China's garment industry leading to a powerful garment industry?

It is understood that the intellectual property rights of the project belong to the Qipai group, the center for arts and scientific research of Tsinghua University and the three parties undertaking the project. The material results belong to Qipai group, and the Qipai group has the right to give priority to the pformation and opening of the technological achievements.

Behind the strict and systematic agreement, it is easy to see the urgent need and desire of the Qipai group for traditional culture.

Is "China original" worth looking forward to?

When it comes to the Qipai group, the first thing that people think of is the Chinese collar dress series with unique national characteristics.

Whether for the Qipai group or the Chinese clothing industry, the Chinese collar products launched by Qipai group in 2003 are all representative works of epoch-making significance.

The seven Chinese brand collar, which is the essence of Chinese ancient Tang costume and the design of the Chinese tunic suit in the Republic of China, has been eagerly sought after by the people and consumers in the industry. It has also made the Chinese garment industry see the infinite potential contained in "China's original".

However, a long history is not only a rich treasure but also a great maze. Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises and research institutions to work together to better explore and collate China's cultural heritage and to bring new light to these precious historical relics.

"Qipai intangible cultural heritage research and protection fund" is a key step for Chinese garment enterprises to enhance their "soft power".

No matter the fashionable and fashionable fashion invitational tournament, or the cultural protection fund full of culture, Qipai group is an active initiator of "China's original creation".

Whether the "Chinese original" dress with strong national characteristics will become an exotic flower in the world's clothing industry will still need time to test because of the efforts of seven cards.
