Shantou Mobile Donated 100 Tents To The Earthquake Stricken Area

China Mobile Shantou branch is anxious for the people in the disaster area of Wenchuan. The 100 tents that have been ordered to an enterprise in Shantou have been completed, and a donation handover ceremony was held yesterday afternoon in Shantou disaster relief donation receiving station.

In the disaster area, tent needed for resettlement of victims is urgently needed, and tent supplies are in urgent need. The Shantou Special Administrative Region evening news recently launched a social emergency tent to the disaster area through our newspaper and local websites.

Shantou Mobile Corporation responded enthusiastically after hearing the news and devoted a donation to raise funds.

Through the lead wire of our newspaper, our city tent manufacturer Shantou wolf Tianjiao Garments Co., Ltd. under the heavy production task, specially arranged 100 additional household tents that can accommodate three or four people.

It is understood that the donation is the fourth time that the Mobile Corporation of Shantou offered love to the disaster area.

Earlier, the Shantou mobile staff donated more than 500 thousand yuan to the disaster area, and launched more than 200 employees to donate blood without compensation. Over 100 members of the company donated more than 60 thousand yuan to the disaster area by way of paying special party membership fees.

It is reported that since the earthquake in Sichuan, Shantou Mobile has fully protected the communications of earthquake relief workers in Sichuan, and has given priority to dealing with the communication needs of people in Shantou Sichuan.

Shantou mobile also launched timely mobile dictionary "SMS search" service, 10086 love hotline and other emergency relief information services.

According to the city's disaster relief donations receiving station, the 100 tents will be delivered directly to the disaster hit Wenchuan County in Guangdong in two or three days.
